Join Our Team!
We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Masking Technician to join our production team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for applying and removing masking and plugging materials on customer products, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

 

Shift: 1st Shift, Monday - Friday: 6am - 2:30pm

What You’ll Do:

  • Apply masking techniques based on customer specifications and blueprints
  • Prepare materials for masking (e.g., hand wiping, blowing out holes)
  • Accurately interpret blueprints to determine masking requirements
  • Assist with inventory tracking and supply requests
  • Inspect products and report any issues to leadership
  • Document masking details on job tickets and work orders
  • Safely package parts for transport
  • Complete required forms and meet production deadlines
  • Follow all safety protocols, especially when handling hazardous materials
  • Keep work area clean and organized
  • Collaborate positively with team members
  • Perform other duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience with masking, taping, or plugging or complex assembly. 
  • Ability to read and write English for documentation and safety communication
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Team-oriented with good communication skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
  • Ability to distinguish color variations
  • Comfortable working in a repetitive, fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to work around chemicals and compressed air (PPE provided)

Work Environment:

  • Exposure to sharp tools, heavy carts, heat from ovens, and moderate noise
  • Use of hand and air tools
  • Potential splash exposure near process lines
  • Repetitive tasks in a production setting
