Resumen

Essential Job Duties/Responsibilities

  • Responsible for helping to manage and coordinate meetings, including calendar coordination, technology coordination, agenda preparation and participant communication
  • ISO divisional document coordinator, maintains and retains revisions
  • Manages record document retention
  • HR Assist with document scanning, onboarding coordination, temporary labor management, employee recognition, and reimbursement programs, and Kronos updates
  • Assist employees with making claims for benefit reimbursement
  • Coordinates job coaches for the curative employees, and manage hours
  • Buyer one manages and procures shop supplies, office supplies, and other supplies as needed
  • Organizes and supports 6S activities as needed
  • Emergency contact coordinator
  • Elite group ordering, uniform management
  • Divisional ITAR representative
  • Provides support on special projects such as divisional communication, employee recognition, travel software set-up and coordination, and data gathering
  • Prepares expense accounts for approval and reviews with key leaders at the division level
  • Updates the weekly and monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in Excel and prepare reporting for monthly and quarterly meetings
  • Provides backup support to the Communication Center and Reception Area:
    • Answering the 800 number phone, maintaining proper coverage. Greets visitors to the divisional office and manages the vendor relations
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Provides assistance on the floor when needed

 

Hours:

7am-3pm or 8am-4pm Mon-Fri, 100% in-person.
